Centrelink Advocacy
Over the years Simon has seen many clients who are being incorrectly assessed by Centrelink, often resulting in the overpayment of aged care fees and sometimes thousands of dollars of underpaid benefits. Sometimes, this is the fault of the client (or their family) who have incorrectly completed forms (or failed to do so), and often it is the fault of Centrelink. Regardless of fault, Simon is able to firstly assess the correct fees and benefits and then assist in updating Centrelink to get the correct outcome and in many cases, recover unpaid benefits or refund of fees.
Just because Centrelink tells you it is so, don't believe it is.
